His expertise spans automotive retail operations, vehicle service contract development, reinsurance investment strategies, fleet operations, logistics, supply chain management, and advanced financial planning. With a proven track record in financial modeling, risk management, and market analysis, Neal has helped clients optimize performance and achieve sustainable profitability.

Throughout his career, Neal has led high-impact initiatives at major transportation sales and marketing firms, managing complex projects with precision and foresight. A proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Maryland Air National Guard, Neal served as a Crew Chief on large military aircraft. Wes Storm is a respected leader in the automotive industry with nearly four decades of experience spanning retail operations, vendor management, and digital marketing. As Vice President of MVPP, Wes helps independent repair facilities expand their services and boost profitability through turnkey vehicle service contract programs.

His expertise lies in identifying untapped opportunities, streamlining operations, and delivering sustainable revenue without burdening shop owners with added overhead. Under his leadership, MVPP provides a full-service solution—from plan setup and claims management to marketing and support—designed to maximize shop performance. Participating facilities benefit from posted labor rate reimbursements, retail parts compensation, interest-free financing, and contract-based financial incentives.

Prior to joining MVPP, Wes served as Regional Director at DealerCMO, where he partnered with General Managers and Dealer Principals to improve lead conversion, strengthen ROI, and optimize digital strategy—all without increasing ad budgets. Known for his data-driven approach and practical problem-solving, Wes consistently delivers measurable outcomes for dealers of all types.

A proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Wes continues to give back through community involvement, including fostering rescue dogs and supporting veteran-focused organizations like K9s for Warriors. With over ten years of leadership in the hospitality industry—including roles at Aramark, Marriott, and Four Seasons—Curt developed a reputation for building, training, and motivating teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments. That background in operations, revenue management, and guest experience now informs his approach to empowering shop partners through hands-on training, strategic sales support, and performance coaching.

At MVPP, Curt focuses on delivering measurable results by simplifying training, enhancing sales effectiveness, and ensuring every partner has the tools and knowledge needed to maximize success. His ability to translate complex products into customer-friendly solutions supports MVPP’s mission of bringing transparency, value, and trust to the vehicle protection industry.
